The TEAMS Outreach Center provides support resources for students who are academically at-risk at Central Georgia Technical College. The two-person office is responsible for training hundreds of staff and faculty each semester on how to submit alerts and make recommendations to students during outreach. My team and I provided a comprehensive proposal for a blended learning approach to this training. Additionally, I worked with the client to build a prototype of the eLearning portion of this program.
